Minus stars for the flies however, at this location it's pretty much the norm and accepted that you're gonna deal with flies braver than the ones in Africa that walk on your face and don't buzz off when you shoo them. You're in their home. Be respectful.

Great food. They like to close 20 minutes early without warrning. Often forget to call ticket number when order is ready for call ins.

The best in vanilla shakes that I have had in over 20 years...my taste buds were dancing all over my mouth...Keep up the good work...

They have amazing chile here an the ranchero burger is amazing an the tortilla burgers are amazing also!!!!

This particular location is usually pretty decent, but the last few visits, I've been had hair in my food cheese fries, taco burger, I usually dont notice until I'm already home so it no use going back, called to advise them of problem but I think it goes in one ear and out the other, another thing hair nets???

Something special about their green chile sauce. Thick enough to dip your French fries in, spicy let me tell you what spicy if you're not used to the heat go easy on it. But very flavorful. This location down off Isleta was very pleasant and the people were very nice. This was actually my first trip to a Bob's Burger and since then I have been to others. I was pleasantly surprised and they have a pretty good variety.

Everyone needs to get together and sue this place. Check your receipts. They don’t warn you that they are charging a surcharge. This is very illegal. Verbally or by posted sign. The kids working there are rude little punks too.

Best bobs in town I feel! My mouth judges this one hands down! Every day specials, and call in to make it quicker. Fast quick friendly service! Always delicious! First timers I suggest red chili and chili lovers I highly suggest green chili on your order u won’t regret it!

The food is always decent but the frustration of waiting #68 minutes# for 6 taco burgers and a large coke sorta makes me forget about the deliciousness. :-(.....if only there was a way to have BOTH!! .....SMH!!!

Does the chili really have to be that hot? There is a balance that has to be attained. I don't want to struggle to finish my food. Just tone it down a little. Por favor.

The food here was amazing, as always, I've been eating at this restaurant since I was in elementary school, and it is still super good. The service was really good. My only complaint was that the loudspeaker outside was way too high, my ear was ringing for 3 hours after I left the place, the volume on that thing is pretty ridiculous. I could literally hear it 8 blocks away, if you ask me, that is way too loud

This is an Awesome Bob's Burger. I'm super sensitive to spices right now so the burger and fries with chili was easy to hot, Caliente for me. The service was excellent the food is good they exchanged it for me and I'm grateful.

Great Ranchero burger!

I ordered tacos burgers and my taco shell was pieces, I ordered nachos and they only put cheese sauce on top with no jalapeños or chile, the fries we ordered were overcooked and hard. Now I know why I prefer Burgers and more! Their food is Always good and they don’t overcharge! I only eat here when my husband wants to but I’m not a fan!

If your from Albuquerque. You already know this arguably the best place to get hot Green Chile. Service is always awesome! EVERY location I've been to is clean. I've never had a bad experience at Bob's. Taco Burgers are to die for. Got them up on the next TACO TUESSSSSDAYYYYY (Lebron voice).

This is a terrible restaurant. We used to come here a lot and brought the kids. We needed a night out so we stopped. The order was wrong and they wanted to charge me to fix it. The burgers were awful and smelled awful. We won't come back.

We waited for 35min. To get our order of 4 items not only that we were the only ones in line and about 10 other groups came up ordered got there food and left I complained 2 times and they kept saying they ordered online but yet I stood there and listened to person after person place a new order ... So that's a lie the management needs to have a serious talk with them about costumer service 1 fry 1 chilly dog 1 taco burger 1 onion ring and a root beer should not take that long ...
